Songwriting time!  Today's song is a short and sweet one and has words you might hear or consider at the beginning of a meditation session or a yoga class.  I was inspired to write it around the time that I was asked to sing during a local yoga class savasana.  It's an invitation to relax, let go, and open up.   Here are the lyrics: Time to let go of some of that load, Open your heart, find the things that have flowed, Time to release and get set to feel good, Nothing is perfect, and there is no should, Reach and just think of what you're grateful for, Be what you are cuz we're not keeping score, You can be grounded and still touch the sky, Talk to your heart and then hear its reply. What are some of your favorite Easter traditions?  Easter egg hunting?  Painting?  Wearing your best new clothes?  Wearing a bonnet?  Eating ham or lamb?   One of mine is singing this beautiful hymn by Cecil Frances Alexander: And here are the lyrics: He is risen!
